Rules for clan making are.. well we can't have everyone have some eye form so for now.. I'm going to have you request on from me or the other admins but I think what we'll do is have 1 eye form per 6 clans players and you can request your clan to huuga because of the the byakugan..or Uchia for the sharingan. Your clan is not instantly ' favored in the village' or anything like that( that is earned from your Kage). Don't make any instant kill techniques.
